The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery takes place within Germany and to European countries.
No shipping to the following foreign islands: Greenland (GRL), Faroe Islands (FRO), French overseas islands (Départements d’outre-mer FR), Corsica (COR), Channel Islands (JEY), Åland Islands (ALA), Jan Mayen (NO), Svalbard (NO), Balearic Islands (IB), Canary Islands (IC), Ceuta (CE), Melilla (ML), Azores (PT), Madeira (PT), Northern Ireland (NIR).

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 6.90 € per order.
For orders over 100.00 €, we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries to German islands, a shipping fee of 25.00 € is always charged.

International Deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs based on the weight of the shipment:

• Zone I (AT – BE – DK – LU – NL):
  from 0 kg to 2 kg = 13.90 €
  from 2 kg to 5 kg = 15.90 €
  from 5 kg to 10 kg = 17.90 €
  from 10 kg to 15 kg = 19.90 €
  from 15 kg to 30 kg = 26.90 €

 

• Zone II (CZ – FR – LI* – MC – PL):
  from 0 kg to 2 kg = 18.90 €
  from 2 kg to 5 kg = 20.90 €
  from 5 kg to 10 kg = 22.90 €
  from 10 kg to 15 kg = 24.90 €
  from 15 kg to 30 kg = 29.90 €

 

• Zone III (CH* – HU – IT):
  from 0 kg to 2 kg = 20.90 €
  from 2 kg to 5 kg = 22.90 €
  from 5 kg to 10 kg = 24.90 €
  from 10 kg to 15 kg = 26.90 €
  from 15 kg to 30 kg = 32.90 €

 

• Zone IV (BG – EE – ES – FI – HR – IE – LT – LV – NO* – PT – RO – RS – SE – SI – SK):
  from 0 kg to 2 kg = 25.90 €
  from 2 kg to 5 kg = 29.90 €
  from 5 kg to 10 kg = 34.90 €
  from 10 kg to 15 kg = 37.90 €
  from 15 kg to 30 kg = 51.90 €

 

• Zone V (BA – GR – IS):
  from 0 kg to 2 kg = 60.90 €
  from 2 kg to 5 kg = 74.90 €
  from 5 kg to 10 kg = 101.90 €
  from 10 kg to 15 kg = 128.90 €
  from 15 kg to 30 kg = 234.90 €

*Additional fees apply for deliveries to these countries. In addition to the shipping costs, we charge a processing fee of 5.00 € for customs declaration, which is included in the shipping costs on the invoice.
All other costs such as customs, taxes, and fees are charged by the courier service in the respective country. Please inquire with the respective service provider of the countries for the amount of these costs. These are:
– CH: SWISS POST (Post CH AG)
– LI: SWISS POST (Liechtensteinische Post AG)
– NO: POSTEN NORGE (Posten Norge AS)

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3 – 5 working days, for international deliveries within 5 – 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

**Processing is done via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account for this.
